Ada Vanessa Toves is a proud mom first and foremost to her adult son, who has been her favorite travel companion for the past two decades. Together, they have explored new places, experienced different cultures, tasted incredible foods, and created unforgettable memories around the world.
A lifelong dreamer and storyteller, Vanessa has always wanted to write a children’s book. With a Master’s Degree in Education and a passion for inspiring young minds, she is thrilled to bring that dream to life through the Sophia and Arthur travel adventure series. Her stories combine imagination, curiosity, and learning to encourage children to explore the world with confidence and wonder.
Vanessa lives in sunny Florida, where she enjoys all things related to the water—from peaceful beach days to boating adventures. She is also an avid animal lover and believes that some of life’s greatest lessons come from travel, family, and the joy of discovering something new.
Through her books, Vanessa hopes to inspire children and families to embrace adventure, celebrate different cultures, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
